About our compliance process
Before accepting any co-hosting engagement, SpokeBnB completes a jurisdiction-specific review that includes: applicable regulations and licensing requirements, legal classification of the service, operator eligibility requirements, and required documentation. A status of “Under Review” means this process has not yet been completed for that state — it does not mean the service is unavailable.
All co-hosting and management activity statuses default to “Under Review” until formally verified. We do not accept co-hosting engagements in states where the legal framework has not been confirmed. Contact ben@spokebnb.com with questions about a specific state.
